Training Activity:
“Developing Strategic Management
Skills and Organizational Performance
Measurement with OKRs & EdPEx Result
Concepts”
On August 25, 2026,
at 9:00 AM, the Quality Assurance and
Knowledge Management Division, Policy
and Planning Department, organized a
training activity on the topic of
“Developing Strategic Management
Skills and Organizational Performance
Measurement with OKRs & EdPEx Result
Concepts.” Associate Professor Dr.
Chutikarn Srivibul, the President of
Khon Kaen University, presided over the
opening ceremony. Associate Professor
Dr. Thara Thammaroj, Vice President for
Administration, Khon Kaen University,
served as the guest speaker.
Objectives:
To develop the capabilities of
university administrators and personnel
in designing performance measurement and
goal setting using the OKRs tool, and to
define outcome-focused metrics linked to
the university's strategic goals.
This aligns with the implementation of
EdPEx criteria in the dimensions of
strategic management and institutional
performance measurement to achieve
maximum efficiency and effectiveness
according to the vision of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University. Furthermore, it
promotes a monitoring, analysis, and
results utilization system based on
LeTCI principles to improve work
processes and enhance organizational
performance through collaboration and a
shared understanding among management
and personnel at all levels. The
university has a committee to drive the
development of educational quality for
operational excellence
(EdPEx).
This training reflects the role
of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in
developing the potential of management
and personnel by providing them with
knowledge and skills in strategic
management, goal setting, and
organizational performance measurement.
This aligns with SDG4, Quality
Education, in the dimension of promoting
continuous learning and personnel
development, to apply knowledge to
improve the quality of management and
operations of the university.
In addition,
the application of OKRs and EdPEx Result
concepts in setting goals, monitoring,
analyzing, and utilizing results for
continuous improvement reflects SDG9,
Industry, Innovation, and
Infrastructure, and SDG16, Efficient,
Transparent, and Accountable
Institutions, through the development of
a results-oriented management system,
using data and evidence-based
decision-making, and creating effective
work mechanisms.
At the same time, the
participation of management and
personnel at all levels, including
collaborative learning, aligns with
SDG17, Partnerships for Sustainable
Development, which is a crucial force in
building shared understanding and
integrating the operations of all units.

University towards strategic goals and
sustainable excellence.
