On May 22, 2026, the Policy and Planning Division of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held a meeting to clarify the guidelines for selecting best practices for Communities of Practice (CoPs) in fiscal year 2026 via Google Meet. Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, chaired the meeting and explained the guidelines and important details regarding the university's knowledge management activities.
The meeting included details about the SSRU KM SHARE & LEARN activities for fiscal year 2026, including the workshop on "Enhancing Knowledge Management with Generative AI," as well as the criteria and forms for selecting best practices for Communities of Practice (CoPs). This aims to promote knowledge exchange, knowledge transfer, and the development of effective work practices within the organization.
This initiative is a crucial mechanism in supporting a learning culture and the application of digital technology and innovation, such as Generative AI, to enhance the university's knowledge management efficiency. This will lead to the development of human resource potential, the enhancement of operational quality, and the creation of an organization that can adapt to change sustainably.
This meeting aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 on Quality Education, which focuses on promoting lifelong learning and human resource development; Goal 9 on Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, which supports the application of innovation and technology for organizational development; and Goal 16 on Strong Institutions, which focuses on efficient and sustainable organizational management.
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University remains committed to developing its knowledge management system and promoting knowledge exchange within the organization to create a learning society and drive the university towards sustainable development in the future.
