“SHARE • LEARN •
INNOVATE • GROW” Platform to
Build Upon Knowledge and Drive
Sustainable Development.
On September
22, 2026, the Policy and Planning
Division of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University organized the
"Identification of Best Practices
for Communities of Practice (CoPs) and
SSRU KM SHARE & LEARN (Fiscal Year
2026)" event. Held under the theme
"Collaborative Learning, Building
on Knowledge for Innovation, and
Creating Professional Leaders," the
event took place at the Cho Kaew Meeting
Room (5th Floor, Building 31) and via
Google Meet.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikarn
Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, presided over the
opening ceremony. A panel of expert
judges also participated in evaluating
and adjudicating the work submitted by
the various Communities of Practice
(CoPs).
The event featured presentations
showcasing how knowledge and operational
experience were transformed into
practical working guidelines and
methods. It provided a platform for
inter-departmental knowledge exchange,
facilitating the sharing of expertise
and the scaling up of best practices to
enhance organizational performance. The
results of the best practice selection
were as follows:
- Best Practice Award: 2
groups
- Good Practice Award: 6
groups
- Challenger Award: 14
groups
- Participation Award: 5
groups
This event served as a vital
platform for fostering knowledge
exchange and the practical application
of organizational knowledge. ...as well
as building upon best practices to
enhance work processes and foster
innovation within the
university.
"SSRU KM SHARE &
LEARN 2026" reflects Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University’s role in
promoting a culture of learning and
personnel development through the
exchange of knowledge and practical
experience. This aligns with **SDG 4:
Quality Education**, specifically
regarding the promotion of lifelong
learning and continuous skill
development, enabling staff to apply
knowledge and achieve tangible
improvements in their work.
Simultaneously, leveraging best
practices to develop innovations and
scaling them across various units aligns
with **SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and
Infrastructure**. This is achieved by
encouraging work process improvements,
creating new approaches, and utilizing
innovation to enhance organizational
efficiency.
Furthermore, providing a
platform for Communities of Practice
(CoPs) from diverse units to exchange
and share knowledge reflects **SDG 17:
Partnerships for the Goals**. It
utilizes collaboration and shared
knowledge as mechanisms to scale up best
practices, build learning networks, and
collectively drive Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University toward becoming an
organization dedicated to learning and
sustainable development.
