     To report on the progress of the pilot project to promote the implementation of the evaluation results in Phase 2 in the plans for the next phase. Including the nomination of a list of targeted educational institutions (covering 18 regions), (draft) criteria for certifying the coordination center and (draft) criteria for certifying qualified persons.
