The Policy and Planning Division organized a workshop titled “Reviewing Processes and Techniques for Internal Educational Quality Assessment based on EdPEx Criteria (SSRU EdPEx Assessor & Calibration)”

On September 16–17, 2026, the Policy and Planning Division held a workshop titled “Reviewing Processes and Techniques for Internal Educational Quality Assessment based on EdPEx Criteria (SSRU EdPEx Assessor & Calibration).” Associate Professor Dr. Witthaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, presided over the opening ceremony. The event featured distinguished guest speakers: Associate Professor Dr. Anan Mungwattana, Acting Vice President for Quality Development at Kasetsart University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ratchada Chaijit (DDS), Associate Dean for Strategy at the Faculty of Dentistry, Khon Kaen University. The workshop took place at the Cho Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
Objectives: To collaboratively review, exchange knowledge, and establish assessment calibration standards. The goal is to ensure that all internal quality assessors (SSRU EdPEx Assessors) share a unified perspective and approach to providing feedback. This serves as a crucial mechanism for promoting and developing university units toward sustainable excellence.
This workshop reflects Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s commitment to continuously and systematically elevating educational quality—aligning with SDG 4 (Quality Education)—through assessor capacity building, knowledge exchange, and the establishment of standardized assessment practices. ...to support the enhancement of educational management quality and administrative operations within the university's internal units.
Furthermore, establishing calibration standards within the assessment process aligns with SDG 16 (Effective, Transparent, and Accountable Institutions) by promoting a standardized, verifiable quality assurance system that prioritizes using assessment results for continuous organizational improvement. Simultaneously, the exchange of knowledge with experts from various universities supports SDG 17 (Partnerships for Sustainable Development), facilitating the integration of knowledge and experience across institutions to collectively elevate educational quality standards and drive the university toward sustainable excellence.
