qualifications:
- Hold a management
position or have experience in managing

- Have completed the TQA
Criteria course from the National
Productivity Institute.
- Have
completed the TQA Internal Organization
Assessment course from the National
Productivity Institute.
- Be
registered on the list of those who have
completed the training course.
