SSRU
OKR-MS System Training
On June 4, 2026, the
Performance Evaluation and System
Development Division, Policy and
Planning Department, held training on
the use of the SSRU OKR-MS (Objectives
and Key Results Management System). The
training was chaired by the Director of
the Policy and Planning Department (Mr.
Sonthaya Charoensiri).
The SSRU OKR-MS system is
used to track progress on key results
(KRs) and important activities in
real-time, focusing on evidence-based
evaluation and monthly progress
monitoring.
The
training was divided into two sessions:
the morning session for educational
management units (faculties/colleges)
and the afternoon session for supporting
educational management units
(offices/institutes/internal audit
units/demonstration schools).
This
SSRU OKR-MS system training reflects
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's
role in driving organizational
development with data and digital
technology to enhance the efficiency of
management and systematic performance
monitoring. This aligns with SDG9:
Industry, Innovation, and
Infrastructure, through the development
of information systems that support
modern management. This system
facilitates the rapid, accurate, and
verifiable tracking of key results
(KRs).
Furthermore, the implementation of
the SSRU OKR-MS system for
evidence-based performance monitoring
and continuous reporting aligns with
SDG16: A highly efficient, transparent,
and accountable institution. It fosters
an organizational culture focused on
results, transparency, and data-driven
decision-making. Simultaneously, the
participation of both academic and
support staff in this training reflects
SDG17: Partnerships for Sustainable
Development, a crucial mechanism for
driving the university's strategic
goals effectively and
sustainably.
