Internal Control
Guidelines Clarification Meeting for
Fiscal Year 2026
✨ The Policy and
Planning Division held a meeting to
clarify the internal control guidelines
for fiscal year 2026, organized by the
Policy and Planning Division on December
3, 2025. This meeting is an important
process reflecting Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University's commitment to
raising management standards in a
systematic, transparent, and efficient
manner. The meeting was held online via
Google Meet, chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr.
Wittaya Mekkham, the Vice President for
Planning and Quality Assurance. The
meeting also provided an explanation of
the internal control policies and
guidelines to executives and personnel
from various
departments.
Internal control
guidelines were presented, including a
review of key assessment tasks, as well
as forms used to monitor, follow, and
evaluate internal controls within the
organization. These components reinforce
the university's robust management
system, adhere to good governance, and
effectively mitigate risks. This
directly ties into SDG 16: Peaceful,
Just, and Effective Institutions, as a
sound internal control system helps
create a transparent, accountable, and
accountable
organization.
Furthermore,
developing personnel's knowledge and
understanding of internal control
processes supports SDG 4: Quality
Education, in terms of enhancing the
potential of personnel within the
organization. This has enhanced staff
awareness of their roles, enhanced
management skills, and enabled them to
operate in accordance with established
standards, contributing to the overall
quality of academic services and
university management.
The online
meeting format also reflects the
university's readiness to utilize
digital technology to increase
efficiency, reduce time and space
constraints, and minimize environmental
impacts. This ties in with SDG9
(Innovation and Infrastructure) and
SDG13 (Addressing Climate Change through
Reducing Travel and Unnecessary Resource
Consumption).
Therefore, this
meeting is more than just a review of
internal control approaches; it also
reflects the organization's
commitment to sustainable development,
using good governance, technology, and
personnel development as key tools to
drive Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University
towards becoming a strong, transparent
institution that meets the Sustainable
Development Goals in multiple
dimensions.
