On December 3, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the Policy and Planning Division held a meeting to consider the indicators for the "Rajabhat University for Local Development" project for fiscal year 2027. The meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wittaya Mekkham, Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance. This meeting was another important process reflecting Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's role in driving systematic and sustainable local development.

The participation of faculty, institute, and office-level executives, as well as project personnel, ensured that the indicators truly covered academic, research, arts, culture, and social service missions.

The "Rajabhat University for Local Development" project is a key mission under the Rajabhat University Act, aiming to enhance the quality of life, economy, and society of communities, linking it to SDG 4: quality education through the application of knowledge, research, and innovation to solve problems and develop the potential of local people. Clear indicators facilitate tangible monitoring and evaluation of operational effectiveness, leading to positive and sustainable impacts on local development.

On the other hand, this project supports SDG11: Sustainable Cities and Communities by working with local communities to address local issues such as educational development, promoting the grassroots economy, cultural conservation, and environmental management, a role that Rajabhat University has consistently prioritized. Having appropriate indicators ensures targeted development that truly addresses community needs.

Furthermore, the meeting, which provided opportunities for executives from various agencies to exchange ideas both on-site and online, also reflects SDG17: Collaboration for Sustainable Development, as integrating knowledge from multiple disciplines is the key to driving successful local development projects. Using digital technology in the meeting also increases efficiency, reduces time and space constraints, and aligns with modern management practices in higher education institutions.

Therefore, this meeting not only established project indicators but also reflected Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's proactive role in driving the SDGs through education, research, and social services, with the goal of enhancing the quality of life of local people. and create stable, sustainable, and meaningful development for Thai society in the long term.
